Welcome 2 Seoul tells us there are halloween parties at Everland and Lotte World, and that if you basically dress up weird, go to Hongdae and walk around, you’ll probably find something.
Lao Ocean Girl mentioned a Halloween party at Kabinett Wine bar. . . cheese, crackers, razor blades in the apple slices?

Beer O’clock in Mokdong/Yangcheongu is doing a Halloween party Friday night, with prizes and such for best costumes:

Exit 3 out of Omokgyo station, come up the stairs, turn left and look for the sign. Across from Hyundae Department Store, so if you cross the street and hit that, you’ve gone to far!
And no, I don’t work for Beer O’clock, but it’s a really great ex-pat bar in Mokdong. Halloween party should be a blast, and it sounds like around midnight or one Trevor (proprietor of Beer O’clock) is going to shut it down and we’ll all get take cabs and get wrecked in Hongdae. Or Itaewon. Or whatever the hell.
