That actually sounds kind of low to me. Not that this isn't a serious issue, but any time numbers get bandied about based on the polling of teens, color me skeptical. There's a tendency to over-inflate sex-related incidents when kids are reporting on themselves. So I'm not trying to dismiss the issue, just saying that this definitely falls into the typical hysteria surrounding ZOMG INTERNET PREDATORS. And if there _are_ a lot of Korean teens selling sex, then I'll snarkily add "As goes Japan, so goes Korea." But I don't buy it.
