I only got here in August 2008, so I didn't qualify. Have to pay ROK income tax for at least a year. But I'm so getting mine in 2009. Noraebang and then a "haircut" for me! Employers should have sorted out the paper work on your behalf - I was all like, "Where's my free money biatches!?" at school and the office ladies were all like "No worries man, we've got your back!"
