    The back row looks a bit chewie.. is it hanwoo? I generally prefer to get American or even Hoju even when I get bulgogi.

    it’s not bulgogi, it’s 꽃동심 and 한우 and trust Fatman – it was soft as butter.

    Skate party!!! now that sounds sooo chewy. Skate would DEFINITLY make bulgogi feel as soft as butter. LOL!
