If you are, or know, a journalist from an international news source who wishes to investigate these kinds of cover-ups, failures to enforce protection laws, and tacit approval (through light, or nonexistent punishment for offenders) of violation of children’s human rights, the page linked above would be a good place to start.
Add to the list: the vice principal who looked the other way while his principal molested children in 2006 and 2007 is given the opportunity to become a principal, in order for there to be even MORE things he can ignore, if the opportunity arises. Because Korea needs more violence enablers and passive bystanders in positions in leadership! (sarcasm)
